Watershed Cumulative Impact Analysis Oct 2015

Bellevue SMP Cumulative Impacts Analysis Clean 081515

The following are key documents pertaining to recent (Nov. 2014) changes to the draft SMP.  Consecutively, they deal with three issues:

- City consultant Watershed Company's proposed method to accommodate near-shore development actions; preference being given to placement of native shrubbery and tall trees along the shore.

- The specific code language being proposed for residential uses.  Restrictions have been added that are more stringent and restrictive than the existing Critical Areas code.

- A draft summary of the goals which the City suggests justify the changes and increased restrictions.
